The Work under this Contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials and performing all work necessary for the following construction. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the OWNER through the ENGINEER at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the WTP Chemical Feed System Improvements. The work must be done in accordance with the plans and specifications available in the City Manager's Office. Bidders must submit their sealed bids with all blank spaces for prices completed in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
