Sealed proposals are requested from contractors or suppliers for the construction of Support Buildings A, B, and C for the new Bass Reeves Memorial Complex. Bids are to be submitted for the following packages: Concrete Turnkey, Masonry, Miscellaneous Steel Fabrication, Rough Carpentry, Joint Sealants and Waterproofing, Drywall Assemblies, Ceilings, and Insulation, Finish Hardware, Hollow Metal Frames, and Doors, Division 8 and 10 Installation, Overhead Doors, Painting, Pre-Engineered Metal Building - Material Only, Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erection - Labor Only, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. All trades are encouraged to visit the building site and familiarize themselves with existing conditions. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each sealed proposal for all bids over $50,000. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours before the opening, or after the designated time, will not be considered.
