The Bidder will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to build, in its entirety as shown on the construction drawings found in Attachments A and C as specified herein. Foundation and tower modifications will be built and installed in accordance with applicable current codes, ordinances and regulations imposed by authorities having jurisdiction; these current standards; and the communications equipment manufacturer's design and installation current revision standards. Where there is a conflict between requirements, more stringent requirements will apply. The bidder is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of the structure(s) during all phases of construction. The County of Chenango is in the process of upgrading the County's public safety radio system. A structural analysis on the Pharsalia Tower and Coventry Tower identified deficiencies that render the structures non-compliant with applicable load conditions. Chenango County's intention is to add additional public safety equipment to support the new microwave and radio system. The contractor will be responsible to bring the Pharsalia Tower and Coventry Tower into compliance with the applicable codes and standards based on the attached designs. The Contractor agrees that substantial completion will be achieved on or before seventy-five (75) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The final completion shall be achieved on or before fifteen (15) calendar days after substantial completion.
