The work will include the approximate quantities and items listed below, including all incident work: 24 sanitary sewer, 50 LF 93.04 48 standard Armorock manholes, 15.55 48 drop Armorock manhole VF, 47.34 60 standard Armorock manholes VF, 17.20 60 drop Armorock manholes with vent, 5 dich checks, and 115 traffic control. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications, and a bid bond of five percent (5%) of the proposal from a bonding company authorized in Wisconsin is required. Bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN, and project bidding documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN to ensure inclusion on the Plan Holder List. Only bidders pre-qualified for sanitary sewer construction by the Village of Pleasant Prairie may bid on the project. All subcontractors must be identified in the bid documents and must be pre-qualified prior to award of this contract. Pre-qualification requirements: All contractors must comply with the Contractor Qualification Ordinance of the Village of Pleasant Prairie, requiring pre-qualification prior to performing work on this contract.
