Proposals are requested for Master Plan Design Services for lakefront parcels. Respondents are responsible for the timely delivery of their submittals and accept all risks of late delivery regardless of fault. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This solicitation does not obligate the Village to pay any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of proposals or to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. The successful respondent must comply with equal opportunity requirements. Proposals must clearly address Sections 4, 5, and 6. Submittals must be typed, on 8.5" x 11" paper, securely bound, with optional non-verbiage exhibits on 11" x 17" paper folded and bound. There is no page limit, but responses should be succinct, concise, and to the point. All submittals must be packaged, sealed, and clearly labeled with the RFP title, the firm's name and address, and a signature from a firm representative.
