Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Kernville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
The project consists of the installation of a security camera system at Camp Erwin Owen. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of security cameras, infrastructure, AV equipment, mechanical equipment, and hardware as required throughout the various individual buildings and the overall site to provide a fully functioning security system. All work must be completed within two hundred (200) working days from the date when contract time commences. Bidders must refer to the specified instructions for required documents and items to be submitted in a sealed envelope. Sealed proposals are to be submitted at the designated location prior to the specified deadline. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required. Bidders are responsible for their bid preparation costs. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding. A California "B" contractor's license is required, and joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to contract award. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and comply with prevailing wage laws.
