The work covered by this contract includes all the work for the repair of roofs and the addition of an external ladder at the Aquarelle primary school on the site at 291 Sainte-Catherine Street in Saint-Constant. The work includes materials, scaffolding, labour, tools, equipment, machinery, transportation, temporary works, temporary services and supervision necessary for the execution of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical works, including the demolition, all in accordance with the applicable conditions of the drawings, specifications and documents mentioned in this specification book, including the works and services implicitly required and necessary for the completion of the work. WORK SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT DURATION The Contract comes into force on the date mentioned in the notice of awarding of a contract or, failing that, on the day when the notice of awarding of a contract is issued to the CONTRACTOR by the PUBLIC BODY. The contractor must comply with the schedule prescribed in the contractual documents of the CSSDGS.
