The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to remove and replace the existing roofing system at the Municipal Complex in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer requirements. Existing solar equipment will be removed by others prior to the start of roofing operations but must be coordinated with Alder energy.
