The Work consists of restoring multiple Cut Permits within boulevards, medians, and other grassed areas with sod and/or seed in the North (North) Area of the City of Winnipeg. Major components include excavation and removal of excess subsoil material, supply, placement, and compaction of suitable backfill and imported fill material, grading of restoration areas, adjustment of curb stop and valve boxes, placement of topsoil, finish grading, rolling, installation and replacement of patio blocks, placement of sod, seed, and hydroseed, watering and rolling sod and seed, site clean-up, commencement and maintenance of a thirty-day maintenance period, and termination of sod and seed areas.
