The RM of Rockwood is calling tenders for the Propellant Plant Road (75N) and Road 10E Reconstruction Project. Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on March 6, 2026 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. Works generally includes: 1625 m of road reconstruction and realignment Installation, regrading, and removal of culverts Cleaning and regrading of ditches No pre-tender meeting or test holes will be completed onsite. Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted. Tender will be opened publicly via a Zoom conference call. The Zoom meeting ID is 778 653 3263, the pass code is 985119.
