Supply and delivery of athletic field top dressing sand for the period from May 1, 2026 until April 30, 2027, with the option of four mutually agreed upon one-year extensions. The work will be done on an 'as required' basis as authorized by the Contract Administrator or users. The type and quantity of work will be determined by actual operational requirements and there is no obligation to purchase any quantity beyond those requirements. The City reserves the right to alter the type or quantity of work, or to terminate the contract with thirty calendar days written notice. Bidders are advised that the City may participate in collaborative procurement initiatives with other levels of government in the future and extensions may not be exercised.
