Site work and paving for a civil project in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will consist of construction of a trapezoidal channel, v-ditch down drain and reconstruction of the eroded slope north of Central Avenue, between Chicago Avenue and Chapala Drive. Type of Award Lump Sum License Requirements Class "A" - General Engineering Contractor and DIR registration. The bid bond must be notarized, and scans are acceptable for the purposes of online submittal, but originals will be required when requested by Purchasing. No proposal shall be considered unless such proposal guaranty is received by the proposal submission deadline. Proposals submitted without a proposal guarantee shall be declared non-responsive and will not be further considered. In order to be considered valid, a bid bond must be signed by authorized representatives from both the Contractor and Corporate Surety. Bid Valid One hundred and twenty (120) days after the opening of the proposals.
