New fencing is to match existing security fencing in aesthetics and exceed existing wrought iron fence in strength and durability to inhibit trespassing and vandalism. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting, testing, commissioning, and training necessary for a complete and operational system in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. B. Existing Infrastructure 1. Frontage: Existing Wrought iron fence and gates facing Sterling Avenue. 2. Perimeters: Existing chain link fencing on the north and south sides owned by CalTrans and Riverside County Flood Control District (RCFCD). 3.
