A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites sealed bids from qualified firms experienced for the purchase and installation of thirteen (13) dual port networked Level 2 charging stations and one (1) CPE250 dual port DC fast charging station for its Riverside location; and for the purchase and installation of two (2) additional dual port networked Level 2 charging stations to expand the existing EV charging infrastructure, as well as six (6) dual port networked Level 2 charging stations for its Hemet location. Charging stations shall be open-networked and compatible with the Agency’s existing ChargePoint network. Prospective bidders shall possess a state of California Class “C-10” Contractor’s license to meet the requirements of the project. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the contractor and any subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submittal. All work shall be performed in a professional manner and shall be in compliance with all City, State, and Federal regulations. RTA anticipates an award of a firm-fixed priced contract and is estimated to be awarded in March 2026.
