Reference Number 0000413657 Arapahoe County Justice Center (ACJC) Courthouse 1 has requested a specific project to provide modernization/upgrades to Inmate Elevator 6. Scope of work includes furnishing all engineering, fabrication, materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, testing, inspections, and "Building Interface" work to modernize one (1) hydraulic elevator located in the ACJC Courthouse 1 building as specified herein per included specifications dated (2/2/26). Construction is planned to start as soon as possible after the contract and the issuance of the permit. Allow time for security screening. Contractors not at the meeting point before the scheduled start time (per our clock) will be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award.
