The Town of Colchester is requesting proposals for Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Testing for four Colchester Town Buildings. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to complete the specified services as described in the contract for the four Town buildings. The agreement will be for a period of three years, with an annual adjustment in compensation to the contractor based on CPI-U, Northeast Urban, Class B/C (all items). Bidders shall have a minimum of seven years’ experience in the elevator service and maintenance industry and possess any certifications or licenses required by Vermont state law. Personnel assigned to perform maintenance must have adequate training and certifications or licenses to perform such work. Bidders should submit the Bid Form, Bid Schedule, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and other Responsibility Matter, and three references from clients with preventative maintenance contracts of similar scope for the bid submission to be deemed complete.
