Work to be done includes bituminous and/or concrete pavement repairs at various locations in both the City of Ypsilanti and the Charter Township of Ypsilanti. A list of repair locations has been included with this document. The list is intended to provide an overview of the various sizes and geographic locations of the repairs to be completed. YCUA staff has visited the repair locations and measured the anticipated repair dimensions, which are reflected in the attached list of locations. The Contractor can store equipment and supplies at either the YCUA Service Center at 2780 Clark Road, Ypsilanti or the YCUA wastewater treatment plant at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti. YCUA will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of Contractor's equipment or supplies on YCUA sites. The Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) will be accepting sealed bids for pavement repairs at approximately 35 locations in the City of Ypsilanti and the Charter Township of Ypsilanti.
