Building Demolition CIP 7859 The project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The project involves demolition of all existing buildings, structures, foundations, paved surfaces & hardscapes, above ground utilitiy structures, chainlink fencing and all underground utility pipes, irrigation lines and conduits [EXCEPTION: The existing Los Angeles county flood control RCP Storm Drain Pipe and Drainage Inlet Structure(s) located along the easterly property in the storm drain easement will be fully protected in place. An existing City of Norwalk Sewer Pipe located in the southeasterly corner of the property from the southerly side of Zimmerman Park and crossing the LA County Storm Drain Pipe to be protected in place.] This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Note: All Utilites shall be abandoned and capped to the satisfaction of city inspector.
