Repairs to BEQ chillers at facilities FC66, HP476, BB137, and related locations at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune include completing all work within 540 days after contract award. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, with liquidated damages of $880 per day. Work must be performed while the facility remains in operation, and construction activities must be conducted to minimize disruption to normal operations. One individual may serve simultaneously as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer if fully qualified under project specifications.
