Sealed bids are requested for the Construction of Raw Water Transmission Line Phase III for the City of Wahpeton, North Dakota. The work includes approximately 36,380 linear feet of PVC C900 watermain, 8 gate valves, 2 air release pits, 37,300 linear feet of fiber optic cable, 760 linear feet of steel casing pipe (bored), 27 stations of roadway reshaping, traffic control, and all necessary and incidental miscellaneous work. Bids must be submitted online only via QuestCDN vBid. Each bid requires a Bidders Bond at 5% of the total bid, executed by the Bidder and an authorized surety. If awarded, the successful bidder must execute a contract and provide a Contractors Bond as required by the North Dakota Century Code. All bidders must be properly licensed for the highest amount of their bid and must submit licensing documentation electronically with their bid. The owner has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bids may be held for up to thirty days, and bid securities for the three low bids may be held for up to sixty days.
