Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, 200-bed educational facility.
North Dakota State College of Science is seeking proposals from experienced developers or others interested in collaborating on a student residence hall project in Wahpeton, ND. The opportunity includes the construction and ownership of a new 200 bed student residence hall on land owned by NDSCS, under a long-term operating agreement, with subsequent operation of the residence hall by NDSCS. Proposals should identify a developer or entity interested and capable of constructing and owning the residence hall on NDSCS leased land and then leasing the completed facility to NDSCS under financially acceptable terms. Alternative long-term ownership models are welcome. Interested parties are encouraged to provide all relevant information demonstrating their capabilities and their proposed construction plans for the residence hall. Instructions require submission of six copies of the completed response to the designated office by the specified deadline.
