Repair Barracks Buildings 29019, 29020, 29021, 29022, and 29024 Solicitation Number: W9115126BA002 Contract No. W91151-26-C-XXXX, W9126G-09-C-0071 Sol No. 27.6336.010 The project consists of repairing sustainment items in barracks while Soldiers are deployed. Work includes repairing or replacing walls, painting, ceiling fans, sinks, faucets, showerheads, tubs, toilet seals, cabinets, light fixtures, cover plates, and performing surface repairs to walls and floors. Miscellaneous site work necessary to support the facility and meet code requirements is also included. The contractor shall provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation needed to complete the work. All tasks must comply with applicable state, local, and federal laws, industry and construction standards, manufacturer specifications, and all contract provisions, terms, and conditions. All work will be performed within the Fort Hood Military Installation. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
