Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Defiance, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of the work consists of construction of two single lane roundabouts on Ralston Avenue (SR15) at Anthony Wayne Boulevard and Latchaw Drive. This project includes new sidewalk, curb, pavement markings, signage and storm sewer replacement as needed over a project length of approximately 0.15 miles. Pre-qualification requirements: This work shall be performed by an ODOT Pre-Qualified Contractor. Prequalification status must be in effect at the time of bidding, the time of sale, the time of award and through the life of the construction contract. Each bidder must be registered as a plan holder with the City of Defiance.
