Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Bayonne, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.

The project generally consists of site clearing, design and construction of a new miniature golf course, including fencing, curbing, and all other associated work as contained in the bid documents, as required to provide a fully functional facility or as ordered by the City Engineer. Instructions to bidders: Bid proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Purchasing Agent of Bayonne and marked "Public Bid" with the project name and bid date. If delivered by mail or courier, an outer envelope with identical information is required. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent of the Bid, but not more than $20,000, as a guarantee. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond within ten days of contract award. Bidders must comply with the requirements of various New Jersey statutes regarding contractor registration, business registration, and prevailing wage. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, award the contract based on available funds, or reject any or all bids in its best interest.
