Demolition and removal of existing security cameras across multiple buildings, followed by the installation of new cameras, cabling, conduit, and all related infrastructure to provide a complete passive campus-wide camera system as required by project drawings and specifications. Work includes selective demolition, information technology systems work, camera testing, general carpentry, painting, electrical work, firestopping, fireproofing, abatement activities, and repairs to interior finishes. Exterior work includes underground site investigations, installation of new underground cabling, creation of handholes, earthwork removal, and replacement of concrete sidewalks and asphalt paving, as well as exterior building repairs such as roof repairs requiring warranted work, metal panel repairs, brick repair, caulking, concrete foundation coring, and waterproofing. All exterior camera installations must leave no visible trace of construction or repair. The contractor is required to complete all work within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed.
