Cascade Aquatic & Recreation District is accepting sealed bids from licensed public works contractors for a Shower Renovation Project at its facility located in Cascade, Idaho. The project includes renovation and upgrades to existing shower facilities. Cascade Aquatic & Recreation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process. Southern Valley County Recreation District (SVCRD) operates a public recreation facility located at 333 Kellys Parkway, Cascade, Idaho 83611. The facility includes men's and women's bathroom changing areas with aging shower stalls and associated plumbing systems. The objective of this RFP is to solicit qualified contractors to remove existing shower stall assemblies (14), rework and modernize plumbing infrastructure, and install durable, mold resistant shower surround systems to improve longevity, hygiene, and ease of maintenance. Reference images of the existing shower and partition conditions will be provided by the District to illustrate current construction and desired upgrade outcomes.
