**As of March 11, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes demolition of the building. Since asbestos-containing materials are present within the building that cannot be abated prior to demolition, all of the waste will need to be treated as asbestos waste and disposed accordingly. Effort will be made to remove accessible exterior window caulk prior to demolition that could become friable during the demolition. Reference Number 0000413812 The Wayne County Land Bank (WCLB) invites qualified Contractors to submit bids for demolition services described under Scope of Work/Specifications.
