Please contact Kim Berkey via phone or email to obtain and pay for the documents and to be added to the planholders list"*** Sealed proposals are requested for construction involving pulverized base and asphalt paving work for the Sumner County Road Improvement Project (W. 50th Road & Milan Road). The project consists of approximately 2.68 miles of work including manipulation of in-place material subgrade modification (cement) for 43,147 square yards, aggregate base (AB-3, 6") for 43,147 square yards, hot mix asphalt (HMA) commercial grade (Class A, 7") for 14,922 tons, and HMA commercial grade (Class A, surface course, 2") for 4,264 tons. Each proposal must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for five percent of the bid amount as a guarantee. Bids cannot be withdrawn for thirty days after opening. Plans and specifications can be reviewed or purchased from Cook, Flatt & Strobel Engineers, P.A., and will not be refunded.
