Reference Number 0000413792 Design/Build Fountain Reconstruction Remove and Replace Existing stone slabs and boulders to access fountain mechanics Drain existing system and clean existing stones of moss and algae build up Remove and Replace all existing pumps, PVC piping and waterfall equipment Remove and Replace all pond liners and membrane materials Remove and Replace all existing landscaping with in-kind materials Provide City with planting list for approval City will remove all trees Maintain existing electrical service and lighting in and around the fountain Reinstall stone slabs and boulders to achieve same aesthetic appearance Question Acceptance Deadline 03/06/2026 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Training Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or a cashier's check in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the proposal and made payable to the City of Woodhaven No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (60) days after the opening date with the consent of the City. Checks or drafts of unsuccessful applicant will be returned as soon as possible after opening and checking the proposals. A Mandatory Site Visit must be done by each contractor, include a signed Site Visit affidavit with their proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in bidding.
