The project will include site grading, site utilities, concrete sidewalks, fencing, concrete foundations, masonry, structural steel, interior finishes, electrical including athletic field lighting, mechanical, and plumbing related work. Bids will be received for a General Contract (all trades). Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids according to the instructions. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and required bonds. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount is required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. A mandatory pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at the site.
