The project involves replacing lighting at Hilltop Drive and Mohawk Residence Hall. All work under this contract is to be completed within 150 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must examine the Contract Documents, which can be obtained from the SUNY Poly Procurement Office. A deposit is required for these documents unless waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. A pre-bid project walk-through will take place at the specified location and time. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Information for Bidders, and bid security in an amount not less than five percent of the Total Bid is required. Contractors are expected to cooperate with minority business enterprise participation goals: eleven percent for Certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises, nineteen percent for Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprises, and six percent for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.
