Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Tucson, Arizona. Working plans call for the construction of a 67-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Project scope includes but is not limited to development of 67 affordable housing units in historic neighborhoods. Plans call for 17 units on Main site and 50 units on the Davis site. Davis site is at 560 W Davis Street. Main Site is at 450 N Main Ave. As of September 16, 2026, the project is in the design process. A general contractor has been selected. Construction is tentatively expected to start in June of 2027.
