Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Tucson, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 67-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Project scope includes but is not limited to development of 67 affordable housing units in historic neighborhoods. Plans call for 17 units on Main site and 50 units on the Davis site. Davis site is at intersection of W Davis Street and W St Marys Road. Main Site is at intersection of W St Marys Road and N Granada Ave. As of February 25, 2026, The Pima County Board of Supervisors has approved gap funding to support this project. Developer is seeking funding including tax credits. Award of tax credits is anticipated summer 2026. Information regarding status and possible general contractor opportunities will be available following tax credit announcements. A firm timeline to construction start has not been announced.
