Sealed bids will be received for the purpose of Remainder of Ridgely Park Area 1 - Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract #PW26-02-59. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, bank money order or a satisfactory bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Plans and specifications are available to download from the City of Springfield's website as well as from the City Purchasing Department. All Contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids for this Contract.
