The project is identified as 25-2-GFH - FEVER BRIDGE. Interested parties are invited to submit sealed bids for this project as described in the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents. Complete copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying reproduction and delivery costs. Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk Through for the project. Bids must be executed using the provided bid forms and submitted in two paper copies and one electronic copy in a sealed envelope with specified labeling. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent of the total bid amount. The selected bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract sum. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Bids must remain valid for at least sixty days following the bid opening. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is mandatory. Bid Date notes: All Bids timely received will be opened publicly in the ICC Board Room and will be read aloud ("Bid Opening") and interested parties are invited to attend the Bid Opening. Bids received after the submittal deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
