Estimated quantities include mowing of 1,574 hectares of highway right-of-way. The work is to be completed in two stages: Stage I by July 15, 2026, and Stage II by October 15, 2026. Bidders must submit all inquiries regarding the bid package documents at least 3 business days prior to the close of bidding. Bidders may request a debriefing session within 30 days after the award notification date to identify areas of improvement for future procurement opportunities.
