Remodeling of an elderly care / assisted living facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The County of Chester solicits bids for Flooring Replacement at Pocopson Home. Bids shall be submitted through the Public Purchase website. Each Bidder shall assume sole responsibility with respect to submission of their bid. Bidders are required to submit with their bid, a bid guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the grand total bid amount in the form of a certified/cashier’s check made payable to the Treasurer of Chester County, or a bid bond with approved surety. The Bid Guaranty shall be delivered to the Office of the Controller before the bid due date and submitted in a sealed envelope entitled “Flooring Replacement for Pocopson Home 2026”. Question Deadline 03/10/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions other than minor contractual bidding questions must be received in writing, via email or fax (or through the Public Purchase site) to: Laurie Giannetti, Senior Buyer at lgiannetti@chesco.org.
