The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the West Chester G.A. Stetson Middle School for Proposal No. 26-G212 Boiler Replacement Project. Sealed bids for the G.A. Stetson Middle School Boiler Replacement project will be received online via the PennBid Program. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor's Qualification Statement. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the West Chester Area School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract price. All bidding documents are available online at no cost via PennBid. The project is subject to prevailing wage. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to make or not make awards in the best interest of the West Chester Area School District. All questions will be received through the PennBid solicitation until Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM
