The scope of the project generally consists of, but not limited to, providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools and supervision necessary to improve street and sidewalk/curb/gut-ter conditions along West Railroad Avenue from the East Crutcher Street intersection and spanning to East Brown Street/Walnut Street intersection. Bidders must provide performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance, and licenses as specified. Davis-Bacon wages will apply. The City of Elizabethtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other Bidding documents will not be made to any Bidder orally. Requests for interpretation must be in writing addressed to Michael Page, City Engineer, City of Elizabethtown, 200 West Dixie Avenue, Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42701 at least seven (7) days prior to the fixed Bid opening date.
