**As of April 14, 2026, this project has been awarded.** The Scope of Work includes Milling & Paving and ADA Ramp construction. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with certain state and local statutory and regulatory requirements, including Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, non-discrimination provisions, and the local Responsible Contractor Ordinance. If the total of the base bid and all alternates is equal to $350,000.00 or above, all requirements of the Responsible Contractor Ordinance must be met; for bids under $350,000, certain items of the ordinance do not apply. Mandatory bonds and guarantees are required: a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid, as well as performance and payment bonds issued by a surety licensed to do business in Pennsylvania, are required.
