Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bowmansdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 CDBG Curb Ramp Replacements. Copies of bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. Bids will be publicly opened and read electronically on the PennBid website. Each bidder must provide a bid bond or certified check payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid and must be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work. The project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968, and Executive Order 11246 concerning non-discrimination in employment. Wages must be paid in accordance with the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications. The contract time for the project is ninety calendar days.
