The County of Butte Department of General Services is soliciting for a new Probation Building. The project consists of, but not limited to the demolition of the existing 24,671 square foot Probation Building and the new construction of a 26,620 square foot office law enforcement building for the Butte County Probation Department. The two-story law enforcement facility is constructed of C.M.U. walls along with steel stud framed walls. The floor system is concrete over metal deck over open web steel trusses. Project time line is 18 months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
