Renovation of a laboratory facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Amendment 0001 is posted and the due date has been extended to 3/9/26. FAR clause 52.219-14 was missing and has been added. All vendors are given til 3/9/26 to update their quotes. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to furnish and install two (2) new 20-amp quad electrical receptacles in the CRC Document Laboratory. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: o Furnish and install two (2) new 20A quad receptacles at Government-designated locations within the Document Lab. o Provide and install one (1) new 20A branch circuit from the existing electrical panel to a new junction box above the ceiling at the proposed outlet location. o Install new raceways from the junction box to each new outlet location in accordance with applicable codes and standards. o Install new outlet boxes, wiring, and electrical devices required to complete the installation. o Coordinate and perform localized electrical outages as necessary to safely complete the work, with advance notice to the Government. o Test all newly installed outlets to verify proper operation and compliance. o Label all new outlets with corresponding circuit numbers. o Update the electrical panel schedule to reflect the newly installed circuit(s). Quoters may submit questions regarding this RFQ in writing to the Contracting Officer
