Artis--Naples is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and installation of 12 electromechanical retractable security bollards. The project includes supplying all labor, materials, and equipment; obtaining and paying for all required local, county, or state permits; integrating the system with existing electrical and access control infrastructure; performing trenching, conduit installation, and restoration of affected areas; conducting operational testing and commissioning; providing on-site training for Artis--Naples staff; and offering a one-year warranty on all parts and labor, effective from the date of commissioning. All work must be completed during the off-season between May 1 and September 30, 2026. Bidders must provide a proposed schedule that satisfies this requirement. Proposals must include: a proposal on company letterhead with the bidder's name, address, contact information, and proposal number; signature and date by an authorized representative; information regarding the bidder's experience with similar projects, including contact information for at least three comparable installations; confirmation that the company is not banned from receiving State or Federal funds; binding cost information with a detailed line-item price proposal; a proposed work schedule consistent with the required project timeline; a valid Certificate of Insurance listing Artis--Naples as Additional Insured with specific coverage amounts; proof of current licensing and authority to perform construction work in Florida; a completed Debarment Certification Form or proof of active SAM.gov registration; and Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to 100% of the contract value.
