The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for projects in the northeast service area. These projects include the Northeast County Regional Water Treatment Plant, the Northeast County Water Reclamation Facility, Northeast Common Facilities at the NECRWTP and NECWRF site, and wellfield projects supplying the NECRWTP plant. Proposers must meet the requirements set forth in the specifications and scope of work. Firms that are the Engineer of Record for any of the listed projects are not eligible to compete as a consultant for CEI services.
