Collier County Traffic Operations is seeking contractors to provide emergency and disaster-related stabilization and recovery services for traffic signals and roadway lighting structures. The services include, but are not limited to, the removal of traffic signal components and roadway lighting components from the roadway, as well as restoring both to current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Collier County Standards. Contractors must be capable of providing necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies on a cost-plus price basis, often with short notice, and adhere to a rate schedule for standard items. No services are to be performed until a Purchase Order is issued, based on agreed services and costs. The contract will set requirements and guidelines for emergency response services.
