Site work and paving for a road / highway in North Olmsted, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Resurfacing Program in accordance with specified plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the ordinance number, opening date, and the item being bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 10% of the bid amount or a 100% Bid Bond. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total bid. Deposits of successful bidders are retained until the contract is executed. Bid documents can be reviewed online or purchased for registration. Bidders must be registered planholders for their bid to be considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, waive informalities, and select the lowest and best bid. All bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates and equal employment requirements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by OWNER at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Question Deadline 03/06/2026
