Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tupelo, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The project consists of furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the "FIRE STATION NO. 5 - METAL BUILDING / SHED" at the new location for Fire Station No. 5 on S. Green St. within the City of Tupelo, Mississippi. Scope of work includes the fabrication, delivery, and erection of the metal building, installation of doors, electrical work, gutters, and all related improvements as defined in the contract documents. Excavation required for the building pad and concrete slab will be constructed by the Owner and is not included in this contract. All necessary labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals must be provided to complete the improvements as detailed in the Proposal document and the General Conditions of Work and Technical Specifications in the Contract Documents. Instructions to bidders include that bids must be submitted sealed or electronically through the designated site, with the award being made to the lowest and best bidder. The City of Tupelo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. LOCATION: 2603 South Green St. Tupelo, MS 38801 The total Contract Time shall not exceed 100 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall be required to provide and install a 75 ft x 80 ft pre-engineered metal building and all related roofing, siding, doors, electrical service, conduits, lighting, outlets, etc. as required to provide a finished and useable building / storage building to the Tupelo Fire Department. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor shall submit a set of drawings for the pre-engineered metal building that is stamped by a licensed professional engineer registered in the State of Mississippi.
