The project consists of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control improvements for a new wastewater collection system pump station. All workmanship, materials, and conditions must conform to applicable construction codes, specifications included on plans, any special provisions, issued addendums, the General Conditions, Special Provisions, Redmond Standards & Specifications 2024, and any Supplementary Conditions. Bids are to be submitted in electronic form through the City Bid Locker Portal. The first-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM on the same day via the Bid Locker Portal, with the option to include it with the sealed bid. Only documents issued as Addenda by the City serve to change the Invitation to Bid in any way. No other direction, written or verbal, serves to change the Invitation to Bid document.
