The Redmond Urban Renewal Agency (RURA) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary Design-Builders for the design and construction of a new outdoor year-round recreational rink and park facility, the Downtown Rink Project, to be located at SW Deschutes Avenue and SW 7th Street (a .95 acre site). One copy shall be submitted in electronic form through the City Bid Locker Portal. Proposals will only be accepted from Proposers signing in as an attendee at the mandatory pre-submittal meeting. Solicitation documents are available on the City’s Bid Locker Portal, where proposers must also check for and acknowledge any Addenda. All questions should be submitted via Bid Locker. The City may reject proposals not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures or applicable law and may reject any or all proposals when cancellation or rejection is in the City’s best interest, at no cost to the City. Prices quoted shall be firm offers, irrevocable, valid, and binding after the closing date.
