Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Marys, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 90,440-square-foot municipal facility.
Detailed Scope of Work for full specifications, including surface preparation, detailing, coating application, QA/QC, and warranty requirements. The City of St. Marys, Georgia will accept proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install a remedial roof coating system over an existing elastomeric roof membrane and roofing substrate. The objective of this project is to restore watertightness, extend roof life, and obtain a manufacturers system warranty. Deadline for questions is March 12, 2026.
